Student Employment in the Accounting Department at Texas A&M Univ.
The Accounting Department has a limited number of employment opportunities for students. If you would like to apply, please submit an application form. You must submit a separate application for each work term.
* Student Worker: This job position is available to undergraduate and graduate students. Most student workers are assigned to a faculty member to assist him or her in carrying out teaching and research activities (e.g. checking homework, entering grades, helping maintain a class webboard, tutoring other students at the help desk, and gathering data for research projects).
* Graduate Assistant: This job position is available to masters and Ph.D. students. The job description is like the student worker above but at a higher skill level. In the case of Ph.D. students, the emphasis is on research, with the expectation that the student can contribute to all stages of a research project.
